Important Verification Distinction (Enforcement Precedent)

• For Opt-Out or Limit Requests: You do NOT need to provide extensive documentation or verify your identity. Submitting your name and email is sufficient.
• For Access/Deletion Requests: We may require information such as your name, dealership account number, or VIN to verify your identity before processing.

Authorized Agents: If you use an authorized agent (such as a third-party privacy tool), they must provide your signed permission. We cannot require you to confirm directly with us if the agent is submitting an opt-out request.
